A Fully Yourself Retreat · Mallorca · 15–19 November 2026

You're fluent in English. So why do you go quiet when it matters most?

A small-group retreat for leaders who run teams, boards, and deals in English, but become a smaller version of themselves when the stakes rise. You'll walk out as someone who is fully yourself in English.

Across three immersive days, you build your own Presence & Craft Playbook — a personal resource that captures your frameworks, your coaching insights, your patterns and the exact tools for every high-stakes conversation that follows.

The Gaps

You don't have a language issue.

You did the work. Years of it. Your English is genuinely good. And still — in the room that decides the deal, the raise, the mandate — something narrows. You translate and judge yourself at the same time. You rush to fill silence. You hedge. You become smaller, slower, less yourself. Not because you lack the words. Because two things were never trained.

The presence gap

Under pressure your nerves take over restricting access to everything you normally know so well — language, expertise, charisma — at the exact moment when you need it.

The craft gap

You were taught vocabulary and grammar. You were never taught the craft of high-stakes English — opening a room, using silence on purpose, landing a pitch in an English-speaking culture, holding authority in a second language.

Both gaps are present in most of us. This retreat closes both.

Is this you?

You already lead in English. And yet…

  1. The leadership meeting: You run it in English every week, and end up saying only 70% of what you actually think.

  2. The board presentation: Your numbers are strong. Your presence in minute one isn't.

  3. The difficult conversation: You need to deliver tough feedback to a native speaker, and suddenly you soften every sentence.

  4. The investor or client pitch: You rehearsed the content, but can't control your nerves.

  5. The all-hands meeting: In your first language you'd own that room. In English you just survive it.

If more than one of these scenarios feels familiar, this retreat was built for you.

What changes

What you walk out with.

A trained, repeatable set of skills you can reach for in those high-stakes moments.

By the end of the retreat, you'll have trained yourself to…

  1. Recognize your personal stress signature before it takes over.

  2. Shift your state in under two minutes, out of fear-autopilot into a chosen, grounded self.

  3. Open any high-stakes English moment with command so that the room is with you before you've shared your main point.

  4. Use silence as instrument — the deliberate pause instead of "um," "so," and "like."

  5. Read an English-speaking room in real time and make the micro-adjustments native speakers make without thinking.

  6. Say precisely what you intend to say in English instead of reciting a memorized speech or reading from slides.

  7. Hold your authentic self, under pressure, across four real high-stakes scenarios.

What you take home

You leave with your own, personalized playbook.

Everything you build over three days lives in one place: your Presence & Craft Playbook. Assembled session by session, designed to be used, not collecting dust on the shelf.

The Playbook

The Presence & Craft Playbook

Douglas Brewer & Marco Pasini · Mallorca · 2026

Inside it:

  • Your State-Shift Protocol

The four-step sequence — Believe · Prepare · Snap · Stay — with the somatic layer beneath each step.

  • Your Pre-Stakes Ritual

Your own physical routine, built and tested live, that pulls you out of fight / flight / freeze on demand.

  • Your Communication-Pattern Diagnostic

Your specific tells under pressure, so you can catch them firing and self-correct.

  • Your Craft Sheets for Four Real Scenarios

The exact moves to reach for with the key phrases in your words, drilled live at each scenario station.

  • Your Transformative-Language Set

The exact sentences you say to yourself before and during the moment.

  • Coach Feedback & Reflection Notes

What both coaches saw in you across the scenario stations, captured in the moment, written into your Playbook.

  • Before / After Recordings + Reflections

Your own proof across four scenarios: who you were on Day One versus who you are on Day Three.

  • Your One-Page Playbook

The page you'll likely rip out and tape to your desk: all of your presence and craft work, distilled during the retreat, recorded here.

  • Your 90-Day Integration Plan

Your upcoming high-stakes moments, mapped week by week, so the shift survives re-entry into your professional life.

  • Your 2027 Calendar

A year of implementation built into the back of the book: quarterly check-ins, prompts on real dates, and your own high-stakes moments across the year mapped and prepped.

One resource. Built by you, with two coaches. Yours for every boardroom, pitch and negotiation that comes after.

The method

Two coaches. One method.

Every high-stakes moment follows the same four steps. We teach the craft of each — and the nervous-system layer underneath it — as one integrated method.

Every concept is put into practice immediately. You move between live coaching, guided somatic work, communication labs, video feedback and repeated reps under rising pressure building your Presence & Craft Playbook as you go. Each session adds another layer, until the method stops being ours and becomes yours.

  1. 1

    Believe

CraftDismantle the "I fall short of native" verdict. Understand that no non-native is perfectly fluent. Uncover your own belief system.

BeneathUnderstand that believing is an identity that you can consciously install through your body when needed.

  2. 2

    Prepare

CraftYour personal preparation architecture: your content locked 48 hours before, your delivery fine-tuned 24 hours before, your nervous system calmed 1 hour before.

BeneathLearn how to allow proper preparation to relieve you of your fear.

  3. 3

    Snap

CraftYour own trained physical intervention found through experimentation in session and drilled under pressure with trained coaches.

BeneathThe science behind your own trained physical intervention which allows you to control your nerves and dial them down deliberately and on command.

  4. 4

    Stay

CraftUnlocking soft skill tools to hone your presentation craft which allow you to remain in the moment with your audience. Remember, it is about them, after all, not you.

BeneathUndergo the mindset shift from "childish to childlike" in order to properly stay with your audience.

"It's not about what you do. It's about who you are when you do it."

The three days

Three days on a Mallorca Finca.

Day 1

Why you shrink (and why you don't have to)

Safety, the reframe, your first "before" recording, and the first pages of your Presence & Craft Playbook as you map the pattern that fires under pressure.

Day 2

The tools in real scenarios

Four coached stations — Presentation/Keynote · The Pitch · The Difficult Conversation · Leading the Meeting — short reps, immediate intimate feedback, each one adding to your Playbook.

Day 3

Under pressure, and the proof

Your hardest scenario under real pressure, your "after" recording beside day one, and your completed Presence & Craft Playbook — ready to take back into every room that matters.

A small circle of professionals in genuine conversation in a bright natural interior.
A calm Mediterranean finca terrace at golden hour.

Where & when

The setting is part of the method.

For four nights, a private Mallorca finca becomes your home. Thoughtfully prepared meals, quiet mornings, beautifully designed spaces, and an intimate group of leaders create conditions for learning that rarely exist in everyday life.

Mallorca was chosen deliberately: close enough to reach on a short direct flight from most major European cities, far enough from the pace of everyday work that your attention can finally settle.

Portrait of Marco Pasini

Marco Pasini

The somatic architect — presence, nervous system, identity.

Founder of Emotional Insourcing and executive coach to founders and leaders — 15+ years in strategic communication, brand building & leadership. Marco works one layer beneath performance — the nervous system, emotion and identity that decide whether your ability is available to you when it counts. His work turns 'being excellent' into 'staying yourself under pressure.' As a child of Italian-Finnish immigrants growing up in Germany, Marco knows exactly how it feels to navigate a surrounding that you're not fluent in – and he has spent the first part of his career specializing in Brand Building and Strategic (Executive) Communication, essentially helping brands and individuals express themselves precisely.
Portrait of Douglas Brewer

Douglas Brewer

The craft architect — communication, presence, high-stakes English.

Douglas Brewer helps non-native English speakers sound as confident in English as they are in their native language. A former performer, educator, and hospitality leader, he draws on decades on stage and in the classroom, plus nearly ten years in luxury hospitality leadership, to help executives and founders close the gap between who they are and how they show up in a language that isn't their first. Before coaching, Doug spent nearly a decade in luxury hospitality leadership — as Director of Training & Development at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, and before that at The Breakers Palm Beach — building training programs and retreats for staff and executives alike. He started acting at age eight, and it shows up in every session: how he reads a room, holds presence, and helps clients find command of a room in a language that isn't their first. His own experience learning Mandarin and Spanish as an adult gives him a personal, hard-won understanding of what it takes to feel confident in a second language — not just fluent in it.

Who this is for

A curated group of professionals.

Founders, CEOs, and senior executives who lead international teams in English or are about to. The intimacy is the value, so the room is chosen carefully. Two things are true of everyone who joins:

  1. 01

    An advanced level of English.

Confirmed in a short conversation with Douglas before you're offered a place, so the group moves at one level and no one has to slow down.

  2. 02

A genuine willingness to look inward.

Admission includes a short pre-retreat assessment — focused on your relationship to your inner world — so we can screen for fit and surface the patterns that quietly sabotage you under pressure before you arrive.

FAQ

Questions leaders ask us.

Who is this retreat for?

Founders, CEOs and senior executives who are not native English speakers, are already fluent (C1+), but lose presence in high-stakes English — the weekly leadership meeting, the board, the all-hands, negotiations, keynotes, tough feedback with a native-speaker report. It is not a language course; it's a presence-and-craft retreat that happens in English.

Do I need perfect English?

No. You need working C1-level English, confirmed in a short call beforehand. Nerves, an accent and occasional mistakes are not a problem — they are what the retreat is designed to resolve.

Where and when does it take place?

On a private luxury finca on Mallorca, from 15 to 19 November 2026. You arrive Sunday, we work together Monday through Wednesday, and you depart Thursday. Mallorca is reachable on direct daily flights from most major European cities.

How large is the group?

Limited to 12 leaders. Deliberately small so every participant gets immediate, personal feedback in each scenario.

What does a typical day look like?

Each day balances live coaching, hands-on practice and genuine rest. Mornings open with somatic work and presence work; the core of the day is coached scenario reps with immediate, personal feedback as well as one-to-one moments and small-group work. Afternoons leave room to integrate, walk, and let the finca do its part. You are working, but you are not depleted as the schedule is built for depth over volume.

Who leads it?

Two coaches, co-hosting throughout. Douglas Brewer hones communication, performance, and high-stakes English craft while Marco Pasini focuses on your nervous system, emotions, and identity — the presence layer beneath the craft.

What will I actually leave with?

One designed resource you'll use for years: your Presence & Craft Playbook. It holds your trained state-shift, your pre-stakes ritual, your personal language set, your craft sheets, your communication-pattern diagnostic, your coaches' feedback, your before/after recordings across four scenarios, and your 90-day integration plan.

Is this coaching or language training?

Neither alone. It's the compounding of both: the craft of high-stakes English and the nervous-system work that keeps that craft available when the pressure hits.

How do I take part?

Reach out through the form below. We read every request personally and reply within 48 hours to arrange a short conversation. This is also where we confirm your English level and walk you through the pre-retreat assessment that's part of admission.

What does it cost?

The founding-cohort investment is €7,500 per leader — the program is priced at €10,000 from the second cohort onward. It covers the full three-day program, all sessions co-led by both coaches, your private ensuite room with all meals, the pre-retreat diagnostic, all materials, and your before/after recordings. You only arrange your own travel to Mallorca. We confirm fit in a short conversation before any commitment.

Do I get my own room?

Yes. Every participant has a private ensuite room on the finca for all four nights, with all meals included.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens — reach out to us as early as you can and we'll find a fair solution together, whether that's moving your spot to the next cohort or another arrangement. We keep this personal, like everything else about the retreat.
